A presentation by the Turkish Prime Ministry of Administration regarding PPPs in Turkey. It provides a brief background to Turkey’s experience with PPPs so far. It looks at the situation from the perspective of various stakeholders and  analyzes the methods being used. They list the main benefits of privatization and identify the need for a new PPP law.
